Bank transfers during Indonesian banking hours (typically 08:00–16:00 WIB on weekdays) are credited to your account within 5 minutes of confirmation. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, etc.) are processed instantly. Transfers made outside banking hours may experience delays until the next business day.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your f333 account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from any illegal activity. f333 reserves the right to request proof of the source of your funds as part of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
Withdrawals are processed to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet that was used for your most recent deposit. This policy helps prevent fraud and ensures compliance with financial regulations. If you need to change your withdrawal destination, contact our support team.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a clear, color scan or photo of a valid government-issued ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license). Your ID must show your full name, date of birth, and photo. Processing typically takes 12–24 hours. Subsequent withdrawals do not require re-verification unless we detect suspicious activity.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal amounts must be denominated in whole Rupiah; fractional amounts will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
Once your KYC is approved and you submit a withdrawal request, processing takes between 4–24 hours depending on our verification queue. Bank transfers arrive in your account within 1–3 business days. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) typically arrive within 2–6 hours after approval.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposited funds must be wagered at least 1× (one time) before they can be withdrawn. Sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, the Thomas & Uber Cup committee for badminton). If f333 identifies an obvious error in odds, results, or payouts (such as a clearly incorrect decimal odd due to a technical glitch), we reserve the right to void affected bets and correct the error. You will be notified if your bet is voided, and your stake will be refunded.
